Live Scanner keyboard layout

I bought several Live Scanners, then I faced the problem that when reading a QR code, the characters are messed up because I am using a different keyboard layout.

I read the Banggood manual, but I can't find a way to set the correct Italian or German keyboard layout.

Anyone has the right codes, please?
