The installation of recommended driver https://github.com/MHEtLive/MHEtLiveArduino/releases/download/1.0.0/2.0a4.rar on W10 fails. Some other (updated) driver https://github.com/digistump/DigistumpArduino/releases/download/1.6.7/Digistump.Drivers.zip does install, but dos not see the board anyway. Device Manager says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".
